We’d love for YOU to join us for some fabulous community singing in the Carnegie Library Hub! New term begins Thursday 18th September.
There are no auditions and no reading music. We believe everyone can sing and EVERY voice is welcome.
Raise the Roof meets on Thursdays evenings during ‘term-time. The doors open from 6.45pm and we sing from 7.00pm, with Tea and biscuit break at 8.00pm! ☕️ The second half is from 8.15 pm – 9.00 pm.
When you arrive, there’ll be a friendly face at our reception desk and you’ll be invited to take a seat in the circle. Our activities take place both sitting and standing, sometimes moving around the space in a variety of creative ways! You can always sit down for anything, whenever you need to.
Join Raise the Roof as a full Member to enjoy weekly singing sessions, make new friends, help choose our repertoire, and become part of our community! Can’t commit regularly? No problem – our flexible £14 Drop In and Sing option welcomes you whenever you’re available!
New singers have a generous TWO free taster sessions before officially joining. Book your space for joining us in September via the button below.
